RK1200T Excellent Product and Service

Purchased this product in March 2023. Did self installation and setup of the opener, which was very easy to accomplish with detailed instructions provided. Unit worked flawlessly until early November 2023, when failed to open/close. Contacted Topens support thru Amazon link, and Topens customer support responded immediately. I provided a detailed description of the problem and test I had done, and it was determined that the control board within the unit had failed. Topens provided a replacement control board through Amazon, which I installed and the unit is now operational once again. Product is great, and Topens support deserves and A+ rating. Sometime things happen, but when support of the caliber provided by Topens is available it makes the product experience very positive. Would highly recommend the Topens RK12000T.
