Well Built

The packaging was exceptional and did not allow for product shift during shipping (less likely for damage). The opener was well built along with the mounting accessories. Operation of the gate was smooth quiet. I would recommend this product.

Topens Customer Service

We installed the gate opener without any problem. The instructions and video were very clear.

We had a direct hit from lightning and it took out many things in our home including the gate electronics. With the help of Nancy at Topens i was able to debug on site and Nancy sent us the right components to do the repair... under warranty!!

Not only was the service fast I really appreciated that Nancy worked with me collaboratively to diagnose. Nancy treated me as a colleague and we got to the root cause quickly. SO.... Topens is great!
