Great product with one exception. The Tuya WiFi is substandard. I am unable to monitor weather my gate is open or not and cannot open it to a partial open for pedestrian traffic. Seems like that would come with it like the D851.

I have a wireless Topens controller &it dosen.t work ,i notice it has wire thermal and i thought that that maybe i could use them, But on second though Guenot

We had great service with quick response from Topens on a replacement part. Did not know what happened, but they were very helpful. Delivery was fast! We are happy to have it fixed now, which my husband could do.

First, the price is awesome comparing to the other well known brand. Easier installation also. The only down side is that the app does not indicate if the gate is open or closed. I solved that with an outdoor gate sensor. Just not as convenient. Works really well.

This product was very easy to install, even for this old man. The hardest part was tunneling under the driveway to run the low voltage wire. I also decided to run some high voltage Romex under the driveway so I can put Christmas decorations on the fence. I watched the YouTube video a couple times while I was waiting for delivery which helped quit a bit. The hardcopy instructions that came with it were great as well. I'm glad I waited for delivery before I welded up my gates, the pickets could have been in the way of the mounting bracket. Overall I'm very pleased with this product. I can upload pics if anyone wants.

The remotes don't work too far..... so I bought the wifi and it is great! The indoor unit is about 60ft from my wifi router and it the gate is about 150ft from that. It operates great! I can open and close the gate from anywhere using my phone. It would be nice to have some indication if the gate is closed or open, but I use a separate cam for that. I've used it for about 8 months, well worth it!
