I have just finished installed the Topens CK1200 sliding gate opener for my 20 feet wide gate. The installation was quite straightforward and easy. I think trying to set and adjust the magnets were taken more time than anything else. I also installed 2 universal keypads for entrance and exit. The system works flawlessly just as they claimed. Time will tell how reliable but so far I am so happy with it. The customer representative (Nancy) was outstanding. Thanks for the courtesy and professional assistance that you provide. There is a small issue that I found . The manual states that you can set the(midway) mode so you can drive your car thru without wait for the whole gate to open. This midway mode only open about 2.5 feet and no further adjustment. Either the motor should have and adjustments or the manual should be revised. Overall, this is a great purchase.

Everything I have done with Topens has been above and beyond my expectations. Their customer service is better than any online seller I have ever done business with. It seems their number one goal is customer satisfaction! I bought this opener knowing that at 70 years old, I would encounter installation difficulties. Their instruction manual was spot on, and for a dummy like me, I always screw things up like this. IT WORKS! They have very helpful videos online that work well for people like me that do better with pictures than words. I had a friend build me a 24' aluminum frame gate, installed 4" steel wheels and set it all on a V track system I epoxied to bricks I set in the lawn. The chain supplied with the kit was 20', so I purchased extra chain and a master link. Assembled the CK1200 unit and hooked it all up. PERFECT! I've since purchased a handful of extras.....keypad, extra remotes, external receiver, and today's project, a reflective photocell sensor so my wife doesn't close the gate while she is parked in the way. Any time I had a question, a simple email got a response within hours. Their customer service is on the other side of the earth, so if I send in an email question at night, I see an email response the next morning with pictures, diagrams, and full response to my question. Couldn't be better. Extremely satisfied.

TOPENS Remote Control
The operation range of the M12 Remote Control is 65ft. (20m). Max. 8 remote controls can pair with one gate opener directly, and up to 250 remotes will be supported with the TOPENS ERM12 External Receiver that is sold separately.
Strong Chain Drive
● The roller chain has gone through strict process for high quality, allowing for the optimum toughness of all component parts, as well as increasing metal fatigue resistance and pre-lubricated for wear resistance.
● The package includes 20ft. roller chain. The length of the chain is adjustable.
● The specification of the chain is #428 (08B). Extra TOPENS 20 Feet Roller Chain is available online.
● Keep the chain from any debris to ensure the smooth operation of the motor. Oil the chain periodically for ultimate performance.
