I have enjoyed using Topens gate opener. I even flooded from hurricane Helene and after the opener dried out it still works. It's louder than it used to be but at least it works. Thanks
A must need for anyone doing a professional install on their large double Gate 10’ each section. Just butt splice both sections together and run to your control Box mounted in a weather tiite box.
The after sales service from Lori has been brilliant, we had an issue with the PCB but with they answered every email with help and advice and now we are all working again, I wouldn't hesitate to buy more equipment from them.

I have just finished installing the opener today 23FEB2025. I took my time as I had to dig the trench for the opener wire to be run underground. I had approximately 4inches of paver millings to dig through so it took a minute as I did it all by hand. I have taken pictures and will submit them once I am completed. currently I am in the process of adding the WiFi remote. The App was easy to download and it looks user friendly. All of the products from the opener to the accessories have all been high quality an work as advertised. I look forward to finishing up and enjoying the automation.

We absolutely love our gate opener. It is constructed very well, and I believe it will stand the test of time out in the weather. I've tried a different brand years ago, that didn't even last a year due to being cheaply made, but that doesn't seem to apply to the Topens gate opener. It's easy to install and program.
Had a board that was acting up. Worked through testing with tech support. The board was out of warranty but they provided a new one a a great discount and the issue was resolved. Great folks to work with. Will always be a customer!
