I just bought one of these motors and I'm really happy with it because it pulls the gate effortlessly and it's quiet. It's easy to install; I also added the sensor so I can program more remotes and it's super easy. I really recommend it, thank you. (Regarding the sensor for more remotes, I would only ask that the cable be a little longer so I can adjust it.) Other than that, everything is great.

Communication was pretty good but $55 for an extra set of keys seems ridiculous.

Ordered replacement parts for our device and showed up in a timely manner and customer service was very helpful and responsive.

I ordered this control board as a replacement for ~15 year old Aleko dual swing gate opener. Old board relays are starting to stick and gate would open but not close. This opener is also sold by Topens with a different name, and same as AS1200 or Lockmaster LM902, so will be compatible with those also, and with single gate versions. The Topens Control Board works as a direct plug-in replacement. Did not require re-programming. Also it works with the Aleko universal remote LM137 which allows this opener to work with HomeLink in cars - also as a direct plug-in, very similar to the old board.

Limit switch was not the problem. Arm was bad.

Installation was easy and simple to follow. Everything is working as expected so far.

I had some problems programming the key pad to the controller. The instructions that came with the key pad differed from what Topens sent me. Topens sent the correct instructions. Also I had to reset the controller for each entry code I entered. Bummer. I also suggested they install an 'off and on' switch on the bottom of the power unit so you wouldn't have to plug and unplug the unit to turn it off or on. I installed one my self and sure made things easier.

I am very pleased with the quality, ease of installation and performance of the solar dual gate opener that I purchased and installed!

Good product

I live on Bonaire and I was looking for a pair of sliding gate openers that would cope with the climate and the fact that the gates tracks are not perfectly level.

The old rack opener managed but struggled.

I thought a chain opener might be the answer but was worried about the dust and dry climate. So the belt drive seemed like a good option and purchased two of these.

Easy to install and the opener has no issues with the slight elevation change of the uneven surface on one side. It is as quiet as advertised and the magnets work perfectly to control the limits of the gate.

The only thing I would do if I was Topens is to insist everyone buys sensors if you're using the auto close function. I will be ordering those and should have done so from the get go.

Very well designed and engineered; it works exactly as intended and advertised.
The system is foolproof; you almost can't put it together incorrectly. It was very easy to install.

Unit works perfectly but my gate opening/closing failure has not been responded to.

The whole experience of buying and installing my gate system could not have been any easier. Product arrived on time and with all the videos available and the printed instructions the installation process was smooth and I now have a great gate system. The bonus of showing my system in operation in a quick video and receiving 2 free remotes that were quickly programmed was just icing on the cake!

This time I bought CK2500 , some issues but teach support help me and resolve easy, very well made openers, powerful, thanks Topen!

Purchased after market faubs that kinda worked. Then purchased Topins faubs that really worked. My mistake.

The remote transmitters are fine but needed because of failure several Topens automatic openers which seem to be only good for a year, by which time one must pay for the new ones. The service people are very nice but must follow the company rules. I think the products are made in China and the instruction translations reflect that in their difficulty to read and follow. But the service people write very nice e mails with helpful instructions. It has cost me a lot of many for local service people to help me with my gate which is to keep deer out.
