I bought this product for my entrance gate to my home. The instructions were very self explanatory, I was easily able to install myself. I had a small issue with a connection I made during the install and contacted customer support, they were very quick to reply and we resolved the issue. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Great customer service

My gate opener is over 2.5 years old, and I had a problem with it not wanting to shut and customer service gave me step by step instructions to trouble shoot the issue. I am impressed that they gave me their time since it was out of warranty many other companies would tell me too bad. In the end customer service was able to help me and to get it running again very impressed with the help and the customer service person knows their products and supports them.
