I am pleased with the solar, wireless nature of the gate opener. The transmission and reception of the wireless message appears to be strong and long range ( at least 100 yards from the gate). One of the solar panels came with the glass cracked but still generated electricity.

After several neighbors installed a different brand of operator and have had lots of trouble with them and finding little or no customer support for their problems, I did a search for another, highly rated operator and found Topens. This package includes the heavy duty operator, the hardware needed for installation, two large solar panels with charge controller, two-4 button remotes, the power supply box and the control panel box and the very clear instruction manual. It is rated for gates up to 18’ and easily opens my 16’ gate. It is programmable to auto close, soft close and the speed of closing can be adjusted as well. It was very simple to wire to the control box and after a few fine tuning adjustments has worked flawlessly. The system is 24V so I purchased two-12 volt batteries. to house the two compact batteries and it works great.The two solar panels included keep these batteries charged very well, even in cloudy, winter weather. The customer support from Topens is unsurpassed. I can send an email and my personal representative, Laura, has replied with very clear instructions within 24 hours, every time. I highly recommend this Topens operator and the excellent customer support I received from this company.

We bought the single Topens gate opener almost a year ago and for some reason it went out. I contacted the Customer Service Dept and i must say this is the best Customer Service dept that i have the pleasure of dealing with. They were very respectful and help me thur the problem and trouble shooting the problem for almost two weeks Shelley was the Customer Service Rep helping me. she never gave up unlit it was fixed and we were back on our feet with it working. We are both elderly and needed this fix to drive in and out our gate with out getting out in the cold weather. I cannot thank Shelley and the whole customer Service team. I would buy and recommend this product to anyone and they have the worlds best customer Service.
