I like the unit a lot. The only problem I have had is its constancy on closing position. The screw holding the sensor for close would never tighten and would move after a few days of use. I ended up replacing screw with one size bigger to get it to set solid. All other adjustment issues were my fault on how the bracket actually attached to gate. Couldn’t do it as instruction asked for due to gate being made of too thin of metal. Kept slipping. Used muffler clamps and solved issue. I will admit the company was fast at their response on what to check. Appreciate that. Been consistent for past couple days. Love sensor in ground for opening when leaving. Had to trim sensitivity down as my dogs collars which have metal on them would trip it to open. Keeping them in is why we put the gate up. I’m happy with the opener. Been working for 3 weeks now. 3 days with no adjustments.
Unser altes Eichentor läuft jetzt elektrisch. Die Montage war problemlos. Nachfragen bzgl. Soft Stop wurden zügig bearbeitet. Kann das Produkt und den Service nur empfehlen.

A quality product, and fairly straightforward installation. Installed the power supply and control box inside of a 20"x16"x6" Vevor electrical enclosure box from Home Depot, which worked well (a bit more weatherproofing, and a cleaner look). Was able to program the remotes, despite the instructions being a bit ambiguous: "... press the key on the remote two times in 2 seconds, between the two times HOLD ON FOR A MOMENT..." Was 'HOLD ON' supposed to mean wait, or hold on a button, and if so which button? Overall a great product.
