The chain is shot peened during production to increase metal fatigue resistance and pre-lubricated for wear resistance.
- Applications -The chain can work with standard sprockets on all the TOPENS chain drive sliding gate openers (EXCEPT LC1100 sliding gate opener) and some other brands’ chain driven sliding gate openers. This chain can not work with the TOPENS LC1100 sliding gate opener. Great for agricultural and industrial equipment. Pre-stressed and pre-stretched for better performance with fewer adjustments, it outperforms most of the other competitions of heavy-duty chains. The chain is suitable for the harsh demands of wet and corrosive environments.
- Diligent Design -Manufactured using leading edge technology and with the high grade of special Carbon Steel. During chain assembly, all chain components are oriented to ensure that pins and inner plates are correctly positioned for optimum chain strength and long life. The chain can be easily cut to meet different customer requirements of Length.
