It’s been only a couple of days since it was installed and it’s working as it should. Delivery was quick and the overall installation was good. I found programming or teaching the arms to open and stop, close and stop at the precise location a bit challenging.
I have some small problems to operate the openers , support team Zack help me resolve it, the best team and all openers we bought are working perfect after fews years already

It was easy to install. I access to someone prior to the order for consulting would have been helpful. I would have ordered the chain drive vs the rail because my gate was longer than the amount of rails.
Works flawlessly and easy to program. Don't waste time trying to find a remote opener that probably won't work anyway. I'm only buying Topens from now on.
The help I received was exactly what I needed board replacement was simple and gate works perfectly
this installation was a pull to open on a 14ft agricultural gate. Gate only weighs 40/45 lbs max so I could have used a lighter opener but choose not to. The measurements on the chart were too vague to be of any help to me so I did my own method which worked out well. Setting the travel screw Judy’s takes time but I got it. I also had the electric lock to install, mounting the latch to a round pole was not happening so I ended up building a wood frame which works great. Gate opens great an closes even better by slowing just before hitting the latch. Very pleased with this unit and will add batteries next week. I did make a tin rain shield over the boxes just as a precaution.
The arm actuator worked perfectly and has solved my immediate problem.

Installed the TC188 keypad, easy to do, works perfectly. I particularly like being able to give out a code that only works for (X) number of times, very useful!

Installed easily. Instructions were spot on and easy for the most part. I didn’t even need my readers!😁 there was a couple issues but Lori in customer service did a great job helping me. I would recommend TOPENS for sure !
