Great product

Instructions were easy to follow and materials are heavy duty not cheap flimsy metals. Customer service are great to deal with. We had a little issue with the shipment and they resolved the issue quickly

TopEns dual swing gate opener.

Our old gate opener started giving us trouble. This resulted in our animals escaping and left our property unsafe. We purchased the TopEns gate because it’s the system that our installer recommended. After installation of the system hardware by the technician we purchased additional remote controls. The new remotes were not TopEns brand and we were unable to properly program the remotes and the gate limits became a problem. We contacted TopEns by following the instructions on their website. We were able to get help from Nancy. She answered all of our questions and now our gates are working flawlessly. We have no problems and our property is safe and secure.
