CK700 Sliding Gate Opener

I bought the CK700 in Dec 2022 for a metal gate. The manufacturer said the gate weighs about 600lbs and runs on a slight slope. It worked well for 11 months but then the plastic gear on the worm drive struggled and the vibrations seemed to have backed the motor mounting screws off the base. The case cracked open and the motor could no longer function. After contacting Topens and explaining what happened, they coordinated with me and sent me the needed replacement parts. This time I was provided a worm drive with a metal gear. I was able to reassemble the motor on a Saturday…moderate skill levels required. I used a bolt-locking compound to help alleviate the issue I experienced. The customer support representative was quite helpful and provided what I needed. She also communicated very well to ensure we progressed and resolved the issue. At this point in time the gate opens properly, and the motor appears to run and sound fine. I’m happy with the gate opener, provided there is not a recurrence of the issue. The price is good, compared to what the manufacturer of the gate proposed.

TOPENS Remote Control

The operation range of the M12 Remote Control is 65ft. (20m). Max. 8 remote controls can pair with one gate opener directly, and up to 250 remotes will be supported with the TOPENS ERM12 External Receiver that is sold separately.

Strong Chain Drive

● The roller chain has gone through strict process for high quality, allowing for the optimum toughness of all component parts, as well as increasing metal fatigue resistance and pre-lubricated for wear resistance.
● The package includes 20ft. roller chain. The length of the chain is adjustable.
● The specification of the chain is #428 (08B). Extra TOPENS 20 Feet Roller Chain is available online.
