Support All the Power Modes
A8131 gate opener can be powered by 100-240VAC electricity or by 24V 12Ah Automotive / Marine type battery (NOT incl.). You can use AC power, or 24V 20W solar panel (sold separately), or both at the same time to charge the battery with the UPS01 uninterrupted power supply that comes with the package.
Electromagnetism Limit
Reliable electromagnetism limit switch is easy to adjust. The gate will automatically stop at your desired position with this technology.
Intelligent Control Board
Safety features can be adjusted easily and quickly on the control board, include photocell sensor function, auto-close time, open / close delay, soft stop time, and stall force.
Various Accessories Compatible
Customize your gate access by adding additional accessories. This swing gate operator is compatible with all the TOPENS accessories.
Manual Release Key
Equipped with manual release key in case of power outage or when you lose your remote.

TOPENS Remote Control
The operation range of the M12 Remote Control is 65ft. (20m). Max. 8 remote controls can pair with one gate opener directly, and up to 250 remotes will be supported with the TOPENS ERM12 External Receiver that is sold separately.
SWING RATING
● A8131 gate opener works well for the single swing gate up to a maximum of 18ft. in length (correspondingly 250lbs. in weight).
● Suitable for the swing gate up to a maximum of weight of 880lbs (correspondingly 4ft. in length).
● Kindly note that the max. gate length capability is inversely proportional to the gate weight.
Ultra-quiet Gate Motor
The gate opener operates quietly with low working sound less than 50dB.
