I installed the AT602 on a vinyl double gate. The install was easy and the manual was clearly written. I had a question about the gauge of wire for a 60 ft run and the support team provided me with a quick answer. It works great! The remote have a very nice range. Highly recommend this.

Great gate opener!

I purchased the AT602 gate opener and am very pleased with it. I had some difficulty with getting it to work properly at first but customer service (Shelley) was outstanding in sending me detailed instructions pictures, and video's of what to do. Highly pleased with my purchase. I also obtained the solar panels for power when the power is out an the wireless keypad which works perfectly.

new motherboard

Was having a problem with my gate opening. I got on line and sent email to customer service. They answered me right away. They had me do some test. The motherboard need to be replaced. They have a one year warranty. I purchased mine about 16 months ago. They sent me a new one at no charge. Got it in the mail in two days. Very good customer service!
