Currently, our products are only shipped to 48 states and Washington D.C. in mainland USA. We will expand more delivery destination in the future.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1-3 Business Days
  • Shipping time: 3-6 Business Days
  • Shipping methods: UPS Ground / USPS First Class Parcel
  • Shipping fee: All Free Shipping on mainland USA

 Please note that:

  1. During the holiday seasons, delivery may be delayed due to heavy volume.
  2. Currently, our products are only shipped to 48 states and Washington D.C. in mainland USA. NOT deliver to Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates addresses.
  3. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  4. In the event that an order cannot be canceled, it is the responsibility of the customer to open a return request.
  5. Any items returned for any reason besides "Damaged or Defective" will incur return shipping charges.
  6. All orders that are marked FREE SHIPPING are subject to return shipping charges if the item is returned.

Issues of delivery:

  1. Update order delivery: If you want to change the address before the product is sent, you can contact us at support@topens.com. If your order has not been shipped, we will deliver the goods to you according to the accurate address.
  2. Update the order in transit: If you want to update the order address after the item is sent, you can communicate directly with the courier and it may be unsuccessful to modify the address. (it is recommended to carefully check the order information when purchasing, so as to avoid unnecessary troubles)
  3. The item never arrived (lost in transit): If you have never received the purchased product, please communicate with the courier first, if the courier still cannot help you solve the problem, please contact us at support@topens.com, we will try our best to solve the problem.
