I haven't installed it at this time, Parts all looks good
Bought this for my 12' tube gate. Had a small issue with it after installation. Emailed customer service and with in a few hours I had an email with step by step instructions to troubleshoot. Was able to fix with there guidance and it works perfect now.

the opener was not hard to install and works really great for our need. Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. Chloe at customer service was very helpful and curtious, helpful and professional she was really nice to work with.

I bought the A3S opener in January 2023 and installed it with no issues, other than a little trial-and-error adjusting it to open and close in exactly the right spot. I had an issue with it not opening or closing all the way in October 2023, but Support emailed to me a set of troubleshooting steps and I was able to fix it myself by adjusting the soft start/close potentiometers on the circuit board (just turned the knobs like you would to adjust the volume on a radio). I would buy again if I have another need in the future,

I got the A3S solar panel, it make easy on areas where your property doesn't have electricity, also makes easy you life in a cloudy, rainy chill morning and you don't want get out from your car and open the gate and do the same to close it. Now with the winter getting closer is gona be great to have the gate opener. I had a few issues with a components I contacted costumer service couple hours later they replied my email and troubleshooting the problem, next day I had an email with a new part coming to my home. My gate opener is working perfect again.
