My gate is 13 foot, track was just long enough. Having an extra foot to work with would have been nice. But other than that, Love it. Bill

Installing the sliding gate opener was very easy instructions were very good it worked beautifully would highly recommend tokens products to anyone that's in the market for this there's customer support is second to none I spoke with Nancy she walked me through anything that I had an issue with it was perfect would definitely use them again

I first saw this product when I was looking for a gate closer for my new house. I bought it almost a year ago but finally installed it about a week ago, the installation we easy and straight forward,the instructions were simple and easy to follow and by the end of it we were sliding to open and close my new gate but I realize that every once in a while the gate would run off the rail. I contacted the manufacturer via Amazon and got a quick response from Chloe who was very helpful. We went through an number of trouble shooting details. In the end I had to adjust the position of my magnets on the gate but that only solved part of my problem, I was still getting inconsistency in opening and closing, the engineers recommended that I consider installing a small piece of metal to stop some apparent electrical interference that effected the operation of the limit switch sometime. I installed it as can be seen in my first photo and like magic all my opening and closing problems disappeared. I want to thank Chloe and the engineers for working with me through to the end. First class after sales service and a team who knows their products... Thanks again
