very powerful motor. once you get all the little things in wiring and such it works flawlessly.
The CK2600 was the easiest motor to install. The motor has plenty of power even in heavy wind the gate has no problem moving the heavy 22' x 6' gate. The only issue i had was the chain case openings. They needed to be about 1/16 inch wider due to the chain rubbing a little. I ground 1/16 inch off the motor side with a dremel and now it runs very quietly. You could not ask for a better gate opener for my purpose. The teck support is excellent. they go out of there way to help you step by step of the way.
I also ordered the ERM12 . I mounted it to a post beside the motor and now i can have up to 250 keyfobs added in which i only needed 52. The position of the mounting lets me program the keyfobs without going into the motor control board. This is very convenient and time saving. Wiring the ERM12 was easy and very simple.
I also got the TKP3 key pad and mounted them on posts inside and outside the gate. They are very handy for deliveries and guests when needed.
I ordered about 50 M12 keyfobs and had no problems with any of them and they programed easily.
I ordered the TEW3 gate opener wand. i berried the cable and wand on the side of the road and 6 inches deep and now the delivery trucks or cars gan pull up to the gate and it will auto open and then close 30 seconds later. Easy to install and works perfectly. You do have to have the adapter board to use the wand system. It work very well.
All in all the products and the support was as good as you could ask for and very friendly. I will recommend these products to everyone that needs this type of product.
