HLR01 Homelink Receiver

This is a replacement for my current HLR1 Homelink Receiver that I accidentally shorted out, my fault. The old HLR01 receiver worked great for 2 years with no problems. What I like about the this HLR01 receiver it so easy to program. This is a great item that you should add to your gate opener unit.

Had to replace arm - new one works great

My arm became stuck and inoperable after 13 months. It was out of warranty, but Topens worked with me and gave a heafty discount for my replacement. My system is now working flawlessly. Customer service was responsive and they did attempt to help me fix the first one. I am very happy with this company and will use the same system at our next home too.

the gate opener and remotes work good, I read that you would give 2 more remotes if I was satisfied with gate opener, I would like to receive the two free remotes and I will purchase two more of the M12 remotes. Please reply to this.

Good product. Works as advertised.

The home link add-on works as it should. Only have an issues are programming one of two cars but I believe it’s the car and not the home link add-on. The second issue it that the range is not that good.
This unit is very easy to install. I recommend buss bars for the power, ground, and switch connections if you will be running multiple accessories as it becomes full and hard to manage.

I required a part for me auto gate opener, but unfortunately the company didn't have Ireland in their list of counties they delivered to, but one email to the service department was all I had to do and they accommodated me without fuss or delay. Really great service.

item out of warranty

my item was damaged by hi winds and it was out of warranty. support was able to send me part just for the shipping overseas price.It was a liitle expensive but worth it because i was able to repair my item and not have to purchase a new one which saved me money. Support at TOPENS is exceptional they respond quickly and do their best to resolve any issues
