Great product and excellent support

Had a board that was acting up. Worked through testing with tech support. The board was out of warranty but they provided a new one a a great discount and the issue was resolved. Great folks to work with. Will always be a customer!

ERM12 Not Operational

I have not be successful with the ERM12 operating my A8131 gate opener.

This is a great gate opener, its compact, powerful and very nice looking. It was easy to install and the perfect product for my application out on my property. I hope to get years of service out of this gate opener. Get this product, you won't regret it. The only regret I have is that I should have bought this one first before my other gate opener that died in a very short time.

Haven't installed yet due to unexpected severe illness in a family member. Am hoping to restart as soon the weather warms up over freezing. So far though am very pleased and encouraged with high quality looks

Lock

My only negative is the way to secure it to a gate are limited because of the design. I had to use hose clamps. Otherwise, it works very well.

Gate lock

This electric lock is pretty damn slick. Easy to install , but if you have a tube style gate, bit of a challenge. I had to cut and make steel plates to weld on my gates. The latch is made of insulation on one side. I flipped mine upside down to work on side of my choice. So the label is wrong. ( simple fix ) but will be applying silicone on the screws to ensure water proofing it. Overall works great. Hopefully for year to come.
