TOPENS ERM12 External Receiver perfectly receives signals from TOPENS wireless access devices, such as remote control and keypad. It transmits signals to the gate opener, triggering the gate to open or close. With advanced TOPENS code technology, ERM12 establishes a reliable and secure link between the gate opener and remote control devices. In addition, the external receiver can be used to extend the operating range of TOPENS wireless control accessories.
Simple wire connection makes installation labor-saving. Just connect the ERM12 to the gate opener system. Program the M12 Remote Control (incl.) with ERM12 universal receiver, and then the M12 remote will perfectly makes the gate operate between open-stop-close-stop-open. All TOPENS swing and sliding gate openers can be operated by the M12 remote. ERM12 rolling code external receiver can be programmed with up to 250 pcs TOPENS M12 remote control transmitters.
Works with all TOPENS gate openers, and is compatible with most third party gate opener or garage door opener whose control board accepts the "Normal Open Dry Contact" signal for the push button. It can be powered by the control board of the gate opener or by the external 9-24VDC power source. Kindly note that ERM12 receiver ONLY works with TOPENS wireless remote control accessories.
The external receiver is suitable for household, courtyard, farm, ranch, warehouse and other commercial / industrial sites. Weather resistant for all seasons of the year. Made of high-quality UV-resistant, flame-retardant and durable materials, the waterproof receiver works in bad weather conditions. ERM 12 AND M12

The ERM12 is the easiest device to install. I mounted mine on a pole about three feet from the motor. I mounted it in a (UHPPTOE WATERPROOF PLASTIC RAIN COVER) AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY. I PROGRAMED FIFTY FOUR M12 REMOTES IÑ FIVE MINUTES. BIG TIME SAVER.

Great product

As with all the other Topens products this one is excellent. Easy to install, well made and it does exactly what it says on the box. This is an excellent add on to any gate system.

Im not surprised

Although both my gate openers 1 swing and 1 roller are not toppins that is the reason i went with them after checking around and even talking to my original seller who spoke very highly of your name and products
I needed to merge remotes from two to one and your external remote is perfect easy to install easy to program and works flawlessly with the swing gate and ALMOST flawless with the roller gate but thats just becouse i know im making a forhead slapper and i just have not had time to deal with it but i did say almost flawless meaning i push button it opens and timer closes but button wont stop or reverse but like i said i know its my bad
