They’re very responsive, you ask them a question and you get a response in good time, ask for parts, they respond. Their website is easy to follow and it helps a lot with troubleshooting guidelines. The system I bought works fine. I have no issues.
Keeping as a spare
I was contact the TOPENS Customer Service Team for special need of gear replacement for TOPENS CK700 gate opener.Miss Nancy from TOPENS Customer Support, comniciate me and guide me to order that gear that not available on thier site. and she kept follow up with me until I got the gear with afordable pric and fixed my opener. The solar gate openers work perfectly. I haven’t had a chance to put the locks and key pad on yet, but by the looks of everything it should work perfectly
We ordered the above gate opener & was having some issues with its function, but [****] was very graceful & patient in helping us try to figure out in resolving the problem.
Our TOPENS opening gate is perfect for the community we live in, our CCRs does not allow parking on the street or driveways, it is very easy to open the driveway gate and drive through without have to exit the vehicle, it is working so smoothly closes and locks , it is very safe feeling that it locks behind us so our puppies will not come out and be able to run down the street as they would before I installed out TOPENs lock on the gate, we are very happy it was purchased

I think it is inane to go from 5 stars on the left to one star on the right. No one does it that way. Why would anyone not use what everyone is used to? What is the advantage of that? (The disadvantage is that you may not only confuse people unnecessarily, but you won't be able to know if you end up with accurate data, since some people may do as they always do and use the right side of the scale to indicate the highest value. Perhaps they will think you must be intending to have 5th best on the left, and 1st best on the right.)
